Charles Ives' ode to the Transcendentalists, the seminal Concord Sonata, remains a deeply moving and monumental listening experience to this day. Celebrating the centenary of this masterpiece over the course of three evenings, Jason Hardink will perform the Concord Sonata along with four world premieres commissioned for the occasion, new solo piano works written by composers Jason Eckardt, Anthony R. Green, Steve Roens, and Inés Thibaut.
